During Your First Days
During your initial period as Staff:- Observe how more experienced Staff members handle situations.
- Ask any questions before acting — it is better to ask than to make mistakes.
- Avoid intervening in complex cases without authorization if you lack the necessary knowledge.
- Always prioritize proper treatment of users.
Note: Making mistakes due to rushing is sanctionable. Asking before acting never is.

- Use the appropriate internal channels for questions or doubts.
- Do not question decisions in front of users.
- Maintain clear, formal, and respectful language.
- Avoid public discussions or arguments in tickets.
