This section regulates the internal disciplinary framework applicable to all MotionMC Network Staff members, with the objective of ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining internal order, and protecting the integrity of the project.
Internal sanctions are applied regardless of rank or time spent in the Staff.
General Principles
- Every sanction must be justified and based on facts.
- Hierarchy does not exempt from responsibility.
- Lack of knowledge of the regulations does not exempt from sanction.
- Disciplinary decisions are made based on proportionality and consistency.
- Internal sanctions are independent from sanctions applied as a user.
Types of Internal Sanctions
Verbal Warning
Initial corrective measure applied to minor infractions.
- Preventive in nature.
- Not recorded as a Strike.
- Repeated occurrences may lead to more severe sanctions, such as Strikes.
Strike
Formal disciplinary measure for medium-severity infractions.
- Internally recorded.
- Accumulation of Strikes may lead to removal.
- The current maximum number of Strikes is three. Reaching this limit may result in temporary or permanent removal from the Staff, depending on the severity of the case.
Temporary Staff Removal
Measure applied in serious or repeated infractions.
- Involves temporary removal of duties and permissions.
- Has a defined duration.
- During the suspension, no Staff duties will be performed, and access to the internal Staff server and documentation will be revoked.
Permanent Staff Removal
Maximum disciplinary measure.
- Implies permanent removal of the rank.
- Applied in very serious or repeated infractions.
- May include additional sanctions as a user.

- Private communication to the affected member.
- Internal record of the sanction, if applicable.
